Meat Masala
Meat Masala is a rich and aromatic dish made with tender meat cooked in a blend of spices and yogurt. It’s a flavorful and satisfying meal, perfect with rice, roti, or naan.
Ingredients:
500 grams meat
4 tablespoons oil
2 onions (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon garlic paste
4 tablespoons strained curd
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder

Heat oil in a pan, sauté onions until golden brown. Add ginger and garlic pastes, cooking until fragrant.

Add meat and sear until browned. Lower heat, mix in strained curd, and coat the meat well.

Stir in all the spices and salt, blending them with the meat.

Cook on low heat until the meat is tender, adding water if needed. Serve hot.
