
Kolhapuri Misal
Kolhapuri Misal is a fiery, flavorful dish that combines sprouted moth beans (matki) with a rich, spicy curry (kat/tarri) and crunchy farsan. Enjoy this authentic Kolhapuri street food with pav (bread rolls) for a delicious experience!
Ingredients:
1 cup sprouted moth beans (matki)
1 small chopped onion and tomato
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp oil, 2 cups water
½ cup farsan / sev

Cook sprouted moth beans (matki) with salt and water until tender. Set aside.

Heat oil, sauté onions until golden, then add ginger-garlic paste.
Add tomatoes, Ruchira Kanda Lasun Masala, and spices, then cook until oil separates.

Mix cooked sprouts with the spicy curry.
Garnish with farsan, chopped onions, and coriander.
Serve hot with pav and enjoy the bold Kolhapuri flavors!
